Do you ship your items world wide?

At the moment no – only in Europe. If you live outside of Europe and are interested in one of my items you can write to me so I can send you the shipping costs. A shipment takes about 5 – 12 days to arrive at your doorstep.

Do you charge shipping costs?

All my paintings online are shipped for free in Germany. My Artifacts items have a shipping fee.
All my items sent to countries outside of Europe will be charged with an extra fee, depending on the size of the item.

What is the estimated delivery time

Usually the shipping of the product will take 5 – 12 days to arrive at your doorstep.
However, if your package is held and checked at customs it can take up to 10 days or longer.

Is the painting insured while shipping?

Yes, all my paintings are 100% insured.
If your package is lost or damaged, I will do the best I can to solve this problem.

If lost or damaged during shipment, I will repair or create a new item for you, without any further cost.

What kind of materials are used?

Paint:
I use water based acrylic paint and Chalky paint.

Materials:

Iron Base, Dark Wax, MOD Podge, wood, reclaimed wood

Can I return my painting?

Yes, I want all my customers to be completely satisfied. Within two weeks after receiving the artwork, you can return your painting and get a complete refund. I have to note that your shipping cost back to me will be at your own expense.

Can I try out a painting?

No, I do not lend paintings to homes or businesses.
However, you can always buy a painting and return this within two weeks time, shipping costs back to me will be at your own expense but for the painting you receive a full refund.

How do I know it is a real Freddie Quintana painting?

All my paintings come with a certificate of athenticity and on the front of the piece of art one can see the initial of the artist (= Q) and on the back there is the signature and the date of origin.

Can I hang the painting outside?

No, you shouldn’t hang the painting outside. I use acrylic paint and this dissolves in the rain. Also, the wooden frame is not made for outside weather conditions. You can hang my Artifacts items outside but in a protected area so no rain will get to it.
